Please read these Terms carefully. By engaging Dantum Digital for any service โ plumbing or digital marketing โ you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Dantum Digital Inc. ("Dantum Digital", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, offering plumbing services and digital marketing services. Our principal office is located at 9981 Whalley Blvd, Surrey, BC, V3T 0G6. You may reach us at info@dantumdigital.ca.
These Terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and individuals or entities ("Client", "you") who:
A binding agreement is formed when you sign a proposal, pay a deposit, or provide written confirmation to proceed with any service.
All plumbing services are governed by a written Scope of Work ("SOW") provided to the Client prior to commencement. The SOW details materials, timelines, inclusions, exclusions, and payment milestones. Changes ("Change Orders") must be submitted in writing and signed by both parties before work proceeds.
Dantum Digital will assist in the permit application process where included in the SOW. Permit approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant municipal authority. Delays caused by permit processes beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
We warrant our plumbing workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship directly attributable to our work and does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, or acts of nature.
Any deficiencies must be reported in writing within fourteen (14) days of the completion date. We will address confirmed deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost.
Digital marketing services are provided under a monthly or fixed-term Service Agreement. Month-to-month agreements require 30 days' written notice for cancellation.
Digital marketing results are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market competition. We do not guarantee specific results but commit to professional best practices and transparent reporting.
Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets) is separate from management fees and paid directly by the Client to the relevant platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the Client owns all deliverables specifically created for them. Dantum Digital retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, or methodologies used in service delivery.

Invoices are due within seven (7) days of issuance unless stated otherwise. Overdue invoices accrue interest at 2% per month.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dantum Digital's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages.
Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Surrey, BC. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

A deposit is required to secure your booking and begin material procurement. Deposits are non-refundable once:
If none of the above conditions are met and you cancel within 48 hours of signing the agreement, we will refund the deposit in full, minus any administrative fees incurred.
If you cancel after work has commenced, you are responsible for all costs incurred to date, including labour, materials, and any subcontractor fees. A detailed statement will be provided within 7 business days. Any overpayment will be refunded within 14 business days.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dantumdigital.ca with at least 30 days' notice.
Advertising spend paid directly to Google or Meta is governed by those platforms' own refund policies and is not refundable by Dantum Digital.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall first be addressed through negotiation, then mediation in Surrey, BC.
